e-Learning

e-Learning is now available as part of the ToolKit CS™ product portfolio and runs alongside the Enterprise solution. The ToolKit CS™ administrator can set up any number of bespoke courses for the organisation and facilitate web access to the training course material across the web.

The course material can be anything from simple documents that are required reading, perhaps as part of an induction, or an annual review process. The administrators can set tests and optional surveys and profile these to individuals who need to take them. Again the structure of the tests is very flexible, with multi-choice and text based options for answers. Tests can be assessed automatically and results monitored via the e-learning management console provided within ToolKit CS™. The console displays 'no-shows' as well as partial and full 'passes' so that appropriate follow up action can be taken by managers.

e-Learning is a very innovative option to the health & safety scenario within the context of ToolKit CS™. The product extends the application into areas of concern in corporate compliance.
