All our products are normally supplied with an annual update service that allows the user to receive updates to applications and ongoing support as appropriate.
In addition, the Company provides an ongoing telephone and email technical support service for users wanting help with the program or its installation.
For those customers who require it, the Company will provide a fee based installation service on site(s). This is normally only required for network installations where internal resources are not immediately available.
